What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

The easy of use is one of the selling points of this software. Both from a user and adminitstrator perspective the software offers the functionality that we were looking for as a company of almost 600 employees. implementation has been simple with few issues. Users in this very early stage of our implementation are finding it easy to use. This is our companies first LMS so integration has been fairly simple. Our Account Executive Patrick Downs and Service Consult, Adam Wright were excellent to work and very helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

Even though it is fairly easy to use, some of the wording and references in Learn are UK oriented and can be a bit confusing to some. There are also times where you are trying to complete a task like creating a course or lesson can be a bit confusing at first until you become familiar with the flow of things in Learn. What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Kallidus has helped us as a company organize our training into one central location which solved the problem of training being scattered throughout many different departments. Employees now can access eLearning, videos, and docuemnts in one location. The fact they can access and take training courses on their own to improve their job skills is a great benefit. In Learn tracking employee training is key as a company that builds and sells fencing materials. Safety and OSHA courses must be tracked for compliance reasons. "Very useful platform"

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

It has been a complete game changer within our business to move away from Powerpoints. The user facing page is excellent, easy to use the the training looks great from a trainee perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

The admin side of it seems overly complicated to do simple tasks, it is not straight forward to use at all.

The reporting is also very slow. You have to wait 24 hours for a report! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we were using powerpoints to complete training. We struggled with having a shared place for all this training to sit, and so training was lost and not beneficial to the team at all.

Recently we have had lots of issues where the system hasnt recorded people as complate when they have watched a Kallidus video, this is very frustrtaing as no one can seem to find out why. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kallidus Learn solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it to be able to monitor and track 1:1 reviews, so can help with staff progression but also we can see when managers arent doing them.

To run reports on compliance training as we have to send these reports of to clients for bids and submissions.

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

Despite enjoying the platform and seeing valuable improvements being made, the absolute highlight to me is the customer support. Our account manager Rex speaks with us frequently and has built a personal relationship with the company, and the support teams respond very quickly to any question with helpful tips and feedback. What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

Kallidus Learn is limited by the reporting function they offer, as this has little customisation capabilities. However, they are now introducting Power BI for reporting which I have only seem a demo of thus far but it looks very promising! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rapid start for LMS journey"

What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

We are a global consulting organisation with footprint in UK, US, Netherlands and India. Similar to any rapidly growing organisation, it became important that we consolidate our training resources and have a platform that helps provide good learning experience for all our employees.

Kallidus provided a powerful platform that allowed relatively small HR team easily plan and implement training requirements across the organisation. The org structure is quiet complex with various departments and competencies - and the rule engine helps us assign right courses to right set of people at the same time support aspirations by creating catalogues which support & showcase career progression of all our employees.

We compared quiet a few LMS tools while selecting Kallidus, but the strong platform & long list of readily available courses helped us pick Kallidus and we are very happy with our choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

We would like to see more features come out arond training journey, we are currently managing with catalogues but it would be even better if we could create specific training journeys. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kallidus helped us jump start our LMS journey with the platform and we bought additional readily available courses, which immediately meant we had a LMS available immediately after implementation. What do you like best about Kallidus Learn?

The system is very easy to use, both from an adminstrator and learner perspective. I work mostly on the system as an administrator. Setting up a course/ event is a very simple process. The new reporting feature is great, its easy to use and extract the data you need. The customer support from Kallidus is 10/10- the support from our CEM, the support desk and the academy team. What do you dislike about Kallidus Learn?

I dont think there is anything I dislike about the system. We recently had a health check and realised there are lots of features we arent making use of. Perhaps when we are using the system to its full potential I would have a greater understanding of what is potentially less helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Prior to purchasing Kallidus we did not have an LMS, we procured the system during covid. Kallidus allows our staff to take control of their own learning and complete eLearning courses in their own time.
