What do you like best about iSpring Learn?
I am impressed with the very quick assistance. Although the iSpring system itself is easy to understand, I made a mistake in my rush: I downloaded the Group Progress Report instead Learner Progress at the end of the training time and deleted the users. I was worried that I wouldn't know who had completed the training and wouldn't be able to produce the report I needed. I contacted iSpring Support and received my first reply within 15 minutes! What a quick and fast response! The team made a sincere effort to help me and clarify the problem. I was clearly informed that they would get back to me with a reply within 24 hours. Which is also great when you know how long it can take to resolve a problem. It did not take them 24 hours to solve my problem. I got a clear report and a detailed letter. I am very grateful for the clarity and kindness of the communication and the quick resolution of the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about iSpring Learn?
It's hard to say what I don't like. I've only been working with the system for a short time, so it's likely that I'll only see after a while if there's something missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
