What do you like best about Logisoft?

Reduce the time use in creating bookings , AES and accounting.

Logisoft has really made a lot of things , easy from booking to accounting and all necessary report and implements needed to success as a freight forwarder. Their current Grimaldi integration is one of a kind in the industry , if not the first to do it . Logisoft is a one stop software soultion for all freight forwarder. What do you like best about Logisoft?

Logiosft offers One tool that has helped my company to manage its diversified line of Business that including maritime Operations, Freight Forwarding as well as Terminal management.

Its modules and functionalities are tailored to fulfill the Business needs of the RORO and Ocean freight industry.

Additionally, the Billing module in Logiosft is very efficient as it allows having complex pricing rules/matrixes (tariff, Client, Line rules...) as well as inter-company Billing.

It also offers efficient Stock and Cargo Management Operational processes and Tools (Including Manifest, BL, Voyage Cargo, Terminal Stock management, and Voyages profitability calculation) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Logisoft?

The interface can be more user-friendly (Drill Down Capabilities, Shortcuts, Dashboards ect.)

Additionally, the ERP Reporting needs further enhancements (agile report generation, Custom Reports creation, KPIs ect.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logisoft?

We have been users from the early hours of Logisoft and the application has continuously been developed according to the growing demands of our industry.

The logic behind the tool is amazing. Users and developers may have different languages but the Logisoft team is going the extra mile by understanding and adapting to any new/needed requirements one may come up with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Logisoft?

Not even sure if one could call it a "dislike" but there are a lot of tools we do not use yet. It is made to cover the needs of many different players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logisoft?

I like the booking system. It help better when the carrier is configured with logisoft . For example Sallaum lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Logisoft?

I won't say that there is downside for the moment since Mr Tarceck is ready to update any change we want to make to facilitate the work.

Logisoft is good system. But, initially it is designed for NVO and not for OFF and NVOCC so my team and I are still having difficulties on some points. We have sent some request that Mr Tarek quickly took care of it. But they are some he were not able to reply back.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logisoft?

Very flexible software and the best tracking feature. The shipments statuses get updated automatically without any human intervention and that is reducing the daily work and any possibility of human error. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logisoft?

The simplicity you can work even without have high degree in unversity, also the online work make this program amazing espacially in our domain freight and all clients said that our service is better than competitors in freight Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Logisoft?

The updates every day can anoying me sometimes, because we have to wait before starting work also we have to update invoicing because in client the apperance of invoices have to be one invoice for each vessel and not many invoices for the same vessel but in general when we request an update they did that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Logisoft?

I like how easy it is to process a change in logisoft and the auto charging button to apply fee's has helped us cut our order processing time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Logisoft?

There isn't much I dislike about logisoft, only downside would be that there is no option of searching for a booking with our internal reference number. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Billing and invoicing are two processes we rely on in our day-to-day business; with Logisoft, it looks seamless and less time cosuming.
