I feel that organizations can purchase the licenses in bulk, however develops don't earn much amount and the price is too high if I wish to purchase a license for my personal use.

Usually I don't receive many updates from IntelliJ regarding the updates, so just wanted to clear that in my mind.

For web development I ended using Spring studio, is there a way to still using IntelliJ for spring projects?

Its hard to do the python plugin now.

I've grasped the main points of IntelliJ plugins and I use several of them as gradel, maven, etc but still have not fully understood how I could use the Jenkins DSL plugin.
