I would say my dislike about Webmethods is not a user-friendly interface, and logging framework requires improvement like ODBC & JDBC Adaptors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we were doing the integration the best thing I like is to connect through API with proper data management. That will secure the configurational information of company vendors with lesser effort. Earlier it was quite difficult through Adapter (keeping that it is still available).
