"Excellent Integration Tool"
What do you like best about IBM webMethods Integration?

Web Methods can be used to integrate a variety of systems in any IT landscape together. The bigger your business is and the more systems you'll have in your landscape, the more you'll need a tool like this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods Integration?

WebMethods has been around for a long time and while there have been some improvements to the interface, it's starting to show signs of age compared to some of the newer integration tools in the marketplace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Middleware tool for Enterprise Software"
What do you like best about IBM webMethods Integration?

At my former company, we used this tool extensively for connecting ERP systems to our software tool. This is an absolutely fantastic tool for mapping data and connecting systems together. At the end of the day, it's a bit cheaper than competing solutions like CastIron, but I've not really found any disadvantages to this tool compared with others despite the cheaper licensing cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods Integration?

The interface can be slightly harder to use than one would like. Also, have had some problems on Mac with this tool. This was a bit of time ago, and it certainly was not a deal breaker at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very robust, once you get past the learning curve"
What do you like best about IBM webMethods Integration?

Very powerful and extensible. Out-of-the-box connectors make integrating multiple business systems very easy. Platform is Java based, and allows you to write custom services in Java, which allow you to meet use cases that other "drag-n-drop" integration products can't meet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods Integration?

Interface is a bit archaic, and requires a fair about of training to learn to use properly, but once you learn a few tricks, you can build most of the common types of integrations you'll encounter. Additionally, the software can be finicky and unstable at times (as with most Java apps). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM webMethods Integration?

Interface is a little old and clunky looking, however it is a middleware tool so it has to be robust Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
