IBM is a powerful software with the advantage of a very good interface design. Thanks to this, the program is easy to use to develop bots of different types with little effort.

Writing core is not my forte, as my background is in another area but this has not impeded using IBM RPA. And I love it.

IBM RPA is expensive software. We were a bit hesitant to buy it because of that, but now we are more than satisfied with the decision. This RPA can be used for an incredible diversity of processes, as long as the bots are well programmed.

Some of the ones we use the most are chatbots, but we also program bots to automatically give the shipping order for the products we sell. However, there are much more uses.

With a little effort, we managed to create an ecosystem in which customer service has improved, our service times are almost non-existent, and the effort we put in is much lower than before.
