These tools provide true support for solving complex decision problems, rhe academical initiative is one of best I tried with similar products. The ibm id personal site is sifficult to deal with. And the support IBM offers is not good. For example I wanted to update a copy of IBM CPLEX optimization studio since almost a year, but there seems to be a synchronization problem with my account and until today I failed to solve this problem Issues like this should be solved fast, for example by offering an option for resetting the account.
