What do you like best about IBM Db2?
This is the most efficient relational database from mainframe perspective. I am using it from past 8 years and it is very user friendly and you can fetch the data easily by writing the queries in the cobol program as per your requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about IBM Db2?
There is nothing which I dislike about DB2. You can easily reset the index and create daily backup image copy in very minimal time. It fetches the data from database in a very short span of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM Db2?

What do you like best about IBM Db2?
I'm using Db2 connect and working on Db2 connect driver and it's secure database every 90 days we have to change our password so that it willl be more secure and our data will be save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it most
but sometimes it's server gose down
May be sometimes command runs and all the comands on mongo server not works on IBM db2 server.

What do you like best about IBM Db2?
I mostly work on Java applications working on WebSphere and the integration of DB2 with both the software is quite easy and effective. We have never faced an trouble with this. It is also supported for Mainframe programs which gives the additional benifits that we can do batch processing in Mainframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about IBM Db2?
Some query syntaxes are a bit different than other competitors so migrating them to DB2 requires code changes and requires testing of all the queries. This is a time-consuming task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
