What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

I like the flexibility in the platform: the ability to define your own engineering projects with custom environment and custom scoring scripts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

I think there is a gap in the offering for machine learning engineers: it would be great to be able to define backend engineer project with an environment that has Docker installed.

I tried using a generic environmnet and installing Docker but faced some authorisations issues.

Pre defined problems that are present in hackrank does not update frequently.

Before hackerrank , finding right IDE to test candidates coding skill was tricky. Most of the IDE take time to setup and percious time was lost in interview.

HackerRank has made this process seamless.

Ability to switch between different programming languages, able to see to what candidte is typing/doing in real time, able to setup mutiple test cases for a problem etc, also these features are very usefull and make life of interviwer easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
