Easy to create our own questions and mix them with a big collection of already made questions. You can see how the person taking the test though since you can backtrack in time and see how the person got to the solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

The licencing restricts the number of people that can send out invited to the candidates. That made it harder to use since we had small development teams spread out in different countris with their own manager. It should be more open and have the cost based on how many test is sent out.
