1) Comprehensive and robust Reporting feature

2) Whiteboard support for tests and interviews is beneficial

3) All the major languages, including some esoteric languages are supported

1) Plagiarism detection can be improved since many candidates get flagged for code similarity and not all candidates may have copied code from elsewhere.
