I like that the HackerRank Developer Skills Platform is so versatile to use for our test developers and also so easy to use for our candidates. The platform allows you to customize the test and experience and can be configured to allow the candidate to choose a coding language that best displays their skills. My engineers feel confident the challenges they create on the platform are realistic job scenarios and our candidates can experience the complexity of the work involved. What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

Because the platform is so flexible and full of options, it can be overwhelming for a new test creator. We find this dislike to be minor as the HackerRank Customer Success Team has been so helpful in providing support to users at every level. The platform is a great solution for creating coding challenges with multiple languages in mind, provides an excellent environment for a good coding experience and is highly technically customizable to fit any company's needs. HackerRank is intuitive. While selecting the most appropriate test, sending the test, and receiving it back for review, the system flows the way you expect. We use HackerRank to assess younger engineers in ways that we may not be able to through pair programming or technical conversations. it's not integrated with the current ATS we're using, and as a results, we have to manually key in email ids from our ATS into hackerrank when mass sending. we also have to log into another platform (hackerrank) in order to view results for the tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
