"My Experience with HackerRank"

What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

My experience with HackerRank was a little rocky in the beginning, but I have built a great relationship with Caroline and she has been extremely helpful since we have had her as our CSM. If we have questions or concerns she connects us with the right people in her company or she sends us FAQ's that help us help ourselves.We have enjoyed being able to build out multiple different types of challenges in the platform. We have used these challenges in interviews, but also at conferences.

What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

What do you like best about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

HackerRank lets me create assessments that I can utilize to evaluate my company's current workforce as well as the new resources that we are hiring. I have used other platforms in the past but HackerRank's features are great especially the identification if some questions are leaked on the internet so you can modify your tests and remove those leaked questions. What do you dislike about HackerRank Developer Skills Platform?

So far, there's nothing that I dislike about the platform. Although the sign-up process was very seamless but I feel if the billing could be on a month-to-month basis with an annual commitment and credit card payment, that'll be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

HackerRank is solving the biggest problem for us which is evaluating the technical resources automatically instead of manually by an Interviewer. As the name implies, Hakerrank definitely specializes in helping developers and tech recruiters and it is an outstanding solution in that aspect. I feel confident that anyone who passes the filters and certificates from Hackerrank is competent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Align on your global rollout plan. When we started our relationship with HackerRank, all users had free reign to create and send tests to candidates. This testing process might work for some organizations, but we wanted to pursue a more standardized approach. This led to a change management and retraining effort after we adjusted user permissions.
