I like that it offers multiple ways to create a test suitable for many roles, especially technical ones. It also has a user-friendly interface plus I love the feature where you receive the summary of test results thru emails. Excellent customer service as well and maintenance are minimal. - Extremely easy and straightforward to create technical tests

Receiving a challenge before speaking with someone can turn candidates off to a job - that's more our fault than HackerRank's.
