It allows us to identify specific skills required for each role, making our search more targetted and making us able to get more value from each interview/screening. The platform allows an easy and efficient screening of candidates for programmer positions. We are using it since many years and the platform is stable and constantly improving with new functionality. There is no need to contact the support because for us it just works, but when there is contact with their customer support, the responses are always quick and knowledgable. I like the real-world coding examples allowing engagement with the candidate on actual product as opposed to high level discussions or refrences work in common repositories. The combination of SQL testing, multiple choice, and, most favored, coding examples allow one to see actual work product and gives a point for discussion on implementation style and clarity.
