It would be ideal if we could identify more easily where the candidates who are doing the tests are coming from (in regards to the requisition they applied to in the Eightfold/Successfactors system) since this is not always easy to identify and since all of our candidates need logic and math test. The possibility to create tests with more than one challenge to be randomized for the candidate is something really great. All the tooling helps us during the process, the UI/UX is great and we can find candidates data easily, looking how long they took to accomplish the challenge and seeing the code's differences. What problems is HackerRank Developer Skills Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company had teplates with questions to send out to each candidate. The issue was, these assessments were on pdf and candidates used to upload them publically on github. Also, sending out a plain pdf with instructions doesn't seem as professional.

+That way, we couldn't see a video of how they coded the assessment and we couldn't track their usage indicators (tab switching, copy-pasting, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
