With GPTBots, we can keep all our customer, partner, and investor contacts in a centralized database, which is also customizable. GPTBots has helped us stay on top of it all by automating repetitive tasks like contract follow-ups, data entry, and reminders. The knowledge of the GPT is not real-time which means the information is based on the feed time of the backend. Meanwhile, sometimes it just gives unclear or neutral anwsers due to lack of human insights or emotional intelligence.
