"Good experience"
What do you like best about Google SQL Server on Google Cloud?

I like how seamless and scalable it is. It’s really easy to set up, manage, and scale databases without needing to worry about the underlying infrastructure. The performance is solid, and the way it integrates with other Google Cloud services makes things like backups, security, and monitoring easy to do. Plus, you get high availability with minimal effort, and it’s super flexible when it comes to scaling up or down based on your needs. The security features, like encryption and automated backups, give me peace of mind without needing a lot of manual configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Google SQL Server on Google Cloud?

A thing I dislike about Google SQL Server on Google Cloud is the cost. It can get quitepricey, especially as a database grows or if you need high availability and failover setups. Also, while it’s easy to manage for the most part, some advanced configurations can still feel a bit restrictive compared to running SQL Server on-prem or on other cloud platforms. The documentation, while good, sometimes lacks depth espeacily for more complex use cases, and troubleshooting issues can require digging into multiple tools or services, which isn’t always straightforward and adds multiple steps before resolving your task/issue. What do you dislike about Google SQL Server on Google Cloud?

Generally speaking, the service is a good solution, but the cost might unexpectedly add up as the workload evolves using additional services for big data query and transformation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
