"The GitLab Admin POV: One Tool to Rule Them All?"

What do you like best about GitLab?

From an admin eyes , GitLab offers a comprehensive and effective all-in-one DevSecOps platform that minimizes the need to manage multiple toolchains. The centralized user and group management, especially with SAML SSO and SCIM integration for enterprise tiers with almost all IDPs, significantly simplifies access control and identity lifecycle management for Gitlab. What do you dislike about GitLab?

Managing Gitlab runner infrastructure (especially for autoscaling or hybrid cloud environments) can be complex and will need close monitoring and resource Altering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GitLab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamline user Access/Group management through SAML SSO (e.g., with JumpCloud in our case) and group-based permission control.

Enforce DevOps policies at scale utilizing the group-level CI templates, compliance pipelines, and audit logs.
