First, they will flat out lie to you in the sales calls. They will tell you information that is completely wrong, tell you about all ways how to submit your time off, expenses and all that, and when you try using them, you will get told "this isn't available in your country and there are no plans to enable it now". As an employee, you will be required to do your own workforce management, time management, expense management, keep track of your used time off, and all that is done manually. You will also not be supported by a person from your local country of residence, instead they use international employees for support and they also give you false information since they do not know the local laws or the language.
It has happened also 2x this year that there was a problem with the salary payout, the 1st time they did not pay out the full amount and it took 2 weeks of emailing back and forth to get the compensation back. The 2nd time, they paid out the salary after the deadline stated in the contract and used the "bank had issues processing the payment" as an excuse.
They also do not pay me from a local bank account, which is something I specifically asked for BEFORE I signed the contract, and you've guessed it, they told me they would, but they don't.
Customer support is horrendous, there is an absolute lack of understanding of local issues and lack of empathy in agents. Everything is a problem.
Spare yourself and your EOR employees the trouble and go for another EOR solution that does not require so much effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
