What do you like best about Fluent Support?
I absolutely love the compact features and affordable pricing of this plugin. Honestly, I doubt anyone can match what they offer in terms of features and budget. It’s incredibly fast and efficient.
I've been using Fluent Support for a while now, and it has never let me down. They consistently roll out updates that enhance the overall user experience. Their recent addition of OpenAI integration is "top-notch". I'm particularly impressed by the sentiment analysis and summarization tools.

What do you dislike about Fluent Support?
I think they may introduce some strong omnichannel capabilities soon. While it’s not a major concern of mine at the moment. But I’m definitely keeping an eye on this feature as I want my customers to be even better supported.
Additionally, unlike other support solutions, Fluent Support doesn’t currently offer live chat.
However, with their track record of consistently adding valuable features, I’m hopeful they’ll address this in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
