Simple to install, simple to generate a key pair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
This isn't the fault of flowcrypt but I have external users that refuse to generate a PGP key pair. Or perhaps I have internal users who would like to send PGP encrypted messages to external destinations and the external users refuses to generate PGP key pairs. The solution is a 1 time password and short term storage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use G Suite and FlowCrypt seamlessly integrates with Gmail. As the G Suite administrator I have Chrome automatically install FlowCrypt for users and all they need to do is setup their keypair. I had use PGP prior to FlowCrypt but the integration was quite clunky. This is simple. It took about 5 minutes to setup and create documentation for my users. This is not as much of an issue with FlowCrypt as it is with email recipients outside our agency but very few have encryption key pairs. That makes it so that a one time password is required and the message is only good for 7 days. The other problem with this is that with a one time password somehow you have to get the password to the other person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
