"Intuitive, clean, fast"
What do you like best about Float?

Great interface, no clutter, and is reliable. As a daily user, I don't see time tracking as much of a pain point anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

Nothing, really. I would prefer less animations to make things feel even more snappy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Float is great, but I wish there was a desktop app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Float daily use"
What do you like best about Float?

Scheduling - allowing the team to know what they are doing daily without having to check with managers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

Unable to link jobs on different peoples schedules, therefore if we add a job on two peoples schedules together and it needs to be moved back you would have to adjust on both schedules. it would be useful if they linked together Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It's a very accurate & efficient time tracking tool"
What do you like best about Float?

I love that I can schedule recurring meetings. Being able to track and monitor my whole team's productivity has been incredibly insightful.

It's so easy to use and has integrated into our team's workflow so easily. It was so easy to implement and now we use it every single day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

I would love more education about some of the different features available, perhaps webinars or tutorials Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good topline experience"
What do you like best about Float?

The ability to easily track my work day-to-day and export reports which help me and my team manage our efficiency and effectiveness. I like that it has a simple interface. It does not try to over complicate things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

The toolbar drop down portal is quite clunky in its UI and UX. Entering time manually if you miss the start of a meeting or forget to start your work feels as though it could be easier. Entering time typed out seems unintuitive (i.e. typing out 10:30am for example is a clunky experience). I would love Asana integration and Google Calendar integration which allows you to select projects directly when activating a ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-tracking made easy"
What do you like best about Float?

Using float is really simple, with the possibility of accessing the functionality directly from the sidebar without making many clicks.

It's easy to monitor your schedule, but at the same time also enter the hour logs by inserting the little necessary information.

The reporting part is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

For my use, I haven't found anything negative about using float.

Maybe you're asked to log in a little too often, but it's easy to get back into the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"2 year user review"
What do you like best about Float?

It is very easy to get a fuller overview of distributed colleagues. I think it has a fine UI and can be navigated without problems. It is still simple to adjust things like time off and project length for someone who does not use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

I do not think too many things come to mind, perhaps, it could be easier to sort/filter people to have a more specific view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Float does the job perfectly"
What do you like best about Float?

In Float, managing tasks and reviewing reports is incredibly efficient. Calculating completed tasks upon data submission is also a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

The only downside to Float is the inability to copy logged tasks to the next day, which is quite inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Scheduling"
What do you like best about Float?

We have been using Float daily for the past 8 months for scheduling our design and development team. The original setup was quick and easy and myself and the team have found it easy to use from both a project management and production team perspective. Some of the features we were looking for that Float delivered on are the abilty to set custom work hours for the team, drag and drop visual layout, Google calendar integration, differrent team views and prompt customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Float?

The only thing Float didn't offer was a native integration with our ticketing system Clickup which is unfortunate, but we haven found project creation is quite quick in Float. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
