will incrase the storage capacity for the free users

I found that my files were automatically being downloaded and I couldn't stop it from happening and can't remove the files from my computer?? Help!

Sometimes I delete items but still doesn’t seem to be enough space. Am I missing something?

For example, we want to have an excel that we can use more employees one time and both same on it maybe in the same time.
