it is not possible to manage multiple Dropbox accounts from a single desktop.

Although it does all the good work of sharing databases and folders on the go, it is limited in some of the ways. For example, it is not possible to manage multiple Dropbox accounts from a single desktop. It only allows you to manage one at a time which can be limiting when you have personal files to manage outside your business files. Also, it is not possible to share a file with another person as it only allows you to share a folder. It would be better if it was possible to unshared or share a file the same way you share or unshared a folder.

You can share only an individual file, that option is available to right of directly listing or when viewing the file. You are correct, it isn't as easy to move between multiple accounts as Google Drive, but you can link a personal and business so it can be switched easily without logging in or out.

If you download DropBox you can. I have a personal file and business file on separate accounts that I can access on one desktop. The functionality is there but it seems you don't have dropbox downloaded or have your accounts set up to support such. Maybe it's because I have a business account but I also have the option to share individual files.

You, can but it can be a pain as you need to sign out of one and re sign in. Sometimes you will need to deal with the security challenge each time too
