What do you like best about Dimension Labs?
Dashbot's ability to easily integrate with various messaging platforms has been another great advantage. This has allowed us to centralize our data and analyze user interactions in one place, regardless of whether they come from Facebook Messenger, Slack, or any other platform. Its real-time debugging tools. This functionality has been crucial to identify and fix issues quickly, thus improving the efficiency of our development and maintenance processes. What do you dislike about Dimension Labs?
Dashbot offers a variety of predefined reports, the ability to customize these reports sometimes feels limited. It would be beneficial to have more flexibility to tailor the reports to the specific needs of our team and our projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dimension Labs?
With the help of Dashbot we were able to collect information about user interactions with our chatbot. It has features such as – the total number of conversations that have been initiated, total number of people, the most active conversation topics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Dimension Labs?
One thing that I feel is less effective is the sentiment analysis of the posts. It is especially aimed at recognizing positive/ negative words from chanting, which is not sufficient to have a deep overview of users’ emotions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
