What do you like best about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity® Solution?

The regular vulnerability scans are nice, but we really find the regular Threat Reports useful to pass on to everyone in our organization. We check the vulnerability assessments regularly and remediate what they have found. It's a very simple process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great set of tools at a reasonable price."

What do you like best about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity® Solution?

Defendify explains each part of the security process. You don't need expertise. They will guide you in best practices and provide templates for documentation and everything you need to set up a basic security presence. Great for getting started and ensuring all your bases are covered. The regular blasts on security threats and events are my favorite and probably most helpful feature to me personally. I don't have to spend time trying to research threats. They synthesize current events for me and place the information I need right in my hands. The team also works to make you feel thought of and secured. They made suggestions outside of their platform for things we might want to do to beef up our security. What do you dislike about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity® Solution?

The program is great for a one-stop-shop for multiple different security tools, however, there are more robust tools out there specializing in each individual area. This is a great tool for helping you start out, and has options to grow with your needs, but I see potential to out-grow the product while slowly replacing each module with a more robust specialized program. As an individual user the cost isn't bad, but we found to scale up and add their security awareness training to our full staff was a bit pricey, and you have to purchase things in packages that limit the services you need vs the services you want. What problems is Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity® Solution solving and how is that benefiting you?

Documentation was our biggest issue aided by Defendify. Also, it offers greater awareness of the kinds of tools our business needs and then provides them. Vulnerability Scanning is a nice peace of mind. We have looked into Pen Testing with them as well. Also, our account rep led us to a few other programs that have bolstered our security presence. I like that it provides a wide assortment of tools which I honestly have not used to it's fullest combability. The interface is clean and simple to use which means you can get started quickly. What do you like best about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity® Solution?

I have received very positive reviews for the videos from our users, so keep up the good work on that front.

I am also very pleased with the monthly phishing simulations. Since we have started them, I get a lot more reports from users about suspicious email that they receive. In most cases, this results in an email going out to everyone to tell them to be on the lookout for it.

Very friendly support. Will help you every step of the way.

Be ready to create a new VM/Hyper-V instance for their scanner, and be familiar with your firewall.

What do you like best about Defendify All-In-One Cybersecurity® Solution?

It was very important for us to work with a cybersecurity partner that took a defense in depth approach. There are literally thousands of cybersecurity products, many of which are excellent, but tend to solve very specific problems. Because our clients have such a wide range of infrastructure, capacities and threat models, we wanted a platform that could provide continuous assessment, awareness training, dark web and vulnerability scanning, policy creation, incident response planning and other elements that go into a mature cybersecurity program. Defendify is the only platform we found (or know of still) that provides all of this in one platform while still being affordable for the small businesses and nonprofits that make up our clientele.
