We have used few proxy services in the past. DataImpulse is so far the best. We bought the service and immediately started to use it without any problems. They have clear control panel with nice documentation and even nicer customer service.
Also nice feature is that there is always somebody to help. We tried their helpdesk chat before purchase and also after. Their attitude didn't changed after our purchase and they are always super helpful and fast. That's not common at all, I tried lot of them, trust me, these guys know how to handle a customer.
Let me summarize it:
Speed: 8/10 (but we don't have their fastest plan)
Reliability: 10/10 (never had an huge issue with connection)
Customer service: 10/10
Price: 9/10

What do you dislike about DataImpulse?
It’s not really a dislike, just a wish mostly. We would like to get a wider range of IPs in the package we’re currently purchasing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The residential proxy pool is very large and has been very reliable. It was easy to get started and we haven't had any problems with downtime, etc. The dashboard makes it easy to see what the usage has been from different perspectives and the logging is helpful enough to get an idea where any outliers may be. I wish there were better team management capabilities, but I was told that feature is coming at some point in the future.
