What do you like best about Database as a Service (DBaaS)?

What do you like best about Microsoft Azure?

I like that the documentation is well-made for most languages. It has been easy to use since the day I started.

I like that the support team is well-trained for most scenarios and gives swift responses.

I also like that they arrange calls if you have a complicated issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Azure?

I think their documentation for the Go language needs to be significantly improved. API documentation for Go has syntax errors in them.

Too much customisation and options for doing the same thing sometimes gets confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Microsoft Azure solving and how is that benefiting you?

The resource limit problem has been solved as I use ample resources in Azure. Also, basic functionalities like email sending limit are the required amount.

Downsides of using Microsoft Azure Database is not very straight forward to say, Although I found a few bugs like, while filtering queries through the result data, sometimes it is unable to filter a particular value, if it has a plus (+) sign in it, otherwise it's okay.
