What do you like best about Cyara Platform?

Cyara has multiple innovative products that completely transform the ability of a company to more quickly and effectively complete UAT, Regression Testing, and Automate validation and functionality of Carriers, Contact Centers, PBX systems, and Chat systems. Cyara is product agnostic and works with whatever you currently have. They are always innovating and looking forward to the future, and are absolutely the leader in this market. All of their staff, ranging from their support desk, to CSMs, to TAMs, all the way up to their executives truly care about their customers, and are passionate about their product. What do you dislike about Cyara Platform?

the tools are intuitive and don't take software development skills to use. i appreciate the forward thinking and innovation rather than simply staying with the status quo for testing or monitoring products. i can easily see how many features can be used in my company. For Pulse, it monitors from outside your environment so you get a true customer experience.
