The main challenge I have is that it doesn't directly interface with Adobe Photoshop. I understand this, since it isn't an Adobe product, but it makes for additional steps to import graphics created in CD for use in PS. The Corel version of Photoshop is called PhotoPaint - and while it WILL DO all the stuff Photoshop does, it is much less common in industry and does not have much of a foothold.
