The most helpful feature of Control M was the availability of a UI-based platform for the implementation of the activities and repetitive tasks that can be performed through automation and setting the application in Control M. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback was a lack of knowledge base availability due to very less adaptation and implementation in the field where I was working. Able to track and perform actions of the alerts easily. All information regarding every alerts is present on the home screen. This tool can be linked to ticketing tool and this tickets can be auto generated for every alert received on this tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometime its slow and freezes. At times there are problems for ticket auto generation. Alerts are received but its respective tickets are not created Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
