The platform offers a wide range of features that are genuinely useful for managing a team — task assignments, communication tools, document storage, and more. The constant upselling is exhausting. Many features are locked down unless you pay for additional upgrades, which makes the experience feel more like navigating a budget airline — everything is an extra. The pricing is steep, especially for small to medium-sized businesses. I also felt misled during the onboarding process; some functions I believed were included turned out to be part of higher-tier plans.
