What do you like best about CoderPad?

As a recruiter, I'm using Coding Game to have a first idea of candidate's level : it helps me to distinguish candidates with an amazing resume but low developping skills, or the opposite : sometimes the resume isn't detailed but the candidate might be amazing. What do you like best about CoderPad?

Clean experience for coding interviews - a great compliment to phone, and perfectly real time. It allows the interviewer to prepare questions and templates, and it enables the candidate to write in any language of their choice. It has just enough functionality for organizing interview questions and candidate responses, and remains lightweight and easily usable for the candidate (who is often a first-time user). What do you dislike about CoderPad?

No current support for SQL, which is a common language tested for Data Science. Furthermore, there are additional features that would make this even more useful for Data Science interviews in particular, such as having tables / data storage that can then be manipulated with code in R or Python.
