What do you like best about CoderPad?

I think, test questions were good. It was important to have timed questions determined separately for each question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoderPad?

I like the editor and that the interviewer and candidate can work at the same time.

It reduces the chances of hiring someone who has no idea what they are doing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoderPad?

I don't like the compiler, sometimes it is difficult to code in coderpad than in the real world.

In coderpad, you are judged a bit too much on how you code.

Often good candidates cannot adapt to the coderpad environment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoderPad?

I used this platform only once (today), and I remember searching for a question flag option, but I didn't find it. Please include a flag option for each question so that you can quickly come back to specific questions whose answer you were unsure about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoderPad?

I loved the simple, robust UI design. I immediately knew how to use it so that I could turn my energy towards the questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoderPad?

I wasn't sure how the answers should be formatted since most of the questions didn't specify and every system is different. This may have marked me wrong when I had the correct answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoderPad?

The UI is top-notch, as well as the reports. We can see precisely which dimensions are being covered by the talents and follow-up. The tool suits most of our hiring needs out of the box and customisation is also easy. Also, the involvement of developers in periodic challenges is another plus point for this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoderPad?

The library is not as extensive as we'd like it to be, but you can customise your questions, which is good. We haven't had enough time to explore the interview modules but it also looks promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CoderPad?

Spending less time reviewing code produced by candidates.

Having a synthetic view of the results of all the candidates of a recruitment campaign.

The large amount of pre-made questions and the ability to create custom ones, on several programming languages.

As a candidate, tests are enjoyable, being a mix of multi-choice questionnaire and puzzle games solved by programming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoderPad?

To send a technical test the candidates email is needed. When there's a middleman (consultancy firm or else), it's a bit annoying.

One workaround is to send yourself the test and transmit the link. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
