The test builder is great, I chose an existing one based on the profile I wanted to hire, and I tweaked it a bit. The whole process took only half an hour. I find CoderPad convenient and professional, it allows conducting interviews either remotely or on-site, allows a big variety of stacks (languages), an online console for running the candidate's code, recording the interview, interactive real-time cursor and highlighting, multiple participants on the same session. CoderPad makes it easy to write new interview questions, create live code pads, and create an easy experience for software engineering candidates. Since interviewing is a team sport, it's easy to view and share other interview questions and update them to keep the questions fresh. It is also the best candidate experience for live coding interviews. It is commonly used, so candidates are usually familiar with the platform, and both parties can see the code update live, so no share-screen is needed. It's a little more difficult to interview front-end candidates for a React-like question. They have a basic HTML/CSS setup, but I use other software for a React-specific interview question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
