What do you like best about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

The interface is pretty simple to use once you understand various processes. Salesforce does allow for broad customization, which seems much broader than other CRMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

I absolutely dislike the lack of service and support that Salesforce provides. Even when we have met with Salesforce reps, we were told they would brainstorm solutions and get back to us. When we wouldn't hear back we contacted Salesforce and would learn our Rep is no longer with the company and the process would start over with a new rep. Recommendations to others considering CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions:

Be sure to have in house Salesforce experts. Salesforce provides the most minimal amount of support pre launch and once you go live the support is over and you will have to pay them in order to get more service and support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our proprietary system has some limitations on information we can collect and Salesforce does a great job of allowing us to capture this info. It allows us to grow our business by having more advanced information about our clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hosted online.

A lot of functions do not require the need for programming.

A lot of support in the documentation and a big network of experts.

Easy to make changes with no code.

A lot of things users can do themsleves like creating reports and dashboards are available.

What do you dislike about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

Cost is high per license.

Some functions in reporting like highlighting fields or capturing a time span is not abile to be done in reporting.

Limited reporting abilities with non related objects. That requires a person to export the data to run.

What do you like best about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

Our team found Salesforce to be very user friendly. Everything from prospecting to account management and contract/account life cycle experience. Data hygiene is a must though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudMetic Salesforce Solutions?

The only thing I would ask Salesforce to improve is the in-app training. If building full tutorials wasn't as time consuming as building the objects/apps themselves, then maybe user adoption would increase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Always get yourself a team of solid administrators, not one. A single administrator is fine if they aren't customizing anything, but you will need a few Salesforce admins for a well oiled machine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
