I very much appreciate the autopilot mode. I like that I can check a box one time, and it will save all other replies in that thread automatically and will add all the previous responses as well. So if you are added to an email later in the discussion, you can read through all the replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudExtend ExtendSync for Google Workspace?

If images are embedded in the email instead of attached, you can't see what was sent in Netsuite. Also, there are times when the email thread gets confusing to read in Netsuite if there are a lot of entries, and sometimes there are two of the same email communications listed. • I can easily and quickly create new records (leads, contacts, opportunities, etc.) without leaving my Gmail window. The amount of time saved not having to switch back and forth really does add up.

I'd like to have better control over the display/editability of custom fields. We have tons of them and if I need to make edits to a record I typically do have to open up an actual Netsuite tab. So while CloudExtend does get me quickly to the record I need, it'd be nice to be able to edit any field from the side panel in Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
