I’ve had a tough time locating senior talents within the freelance marketspaces available nowadays. Yes, there’s tons of devs out there available for remote work but in my experience the majority of them fall within the junior to mid level talent space.For those of us founders looking to scale up and build more complicated systems, we are on the lookout for coders with a certain level of experience. minimum 5 years is a must in my eyes.
