The interview process is so fast. Also, Company finds you a project to work on very quickly.

Payment is always on schedule. They also match your experience and stack you're most comfortable with, which is fantastic to me. Company has a tool for monitoring activity and tracking your hours. Has exciting projects to work on. You don't go to be boring.

What do you like best about CloudDevs.com?

Projects are exciting and with good growth opportunities—almost zero bureaucracy, good salary, and people willing to help and listen. Overall, a great place to work!

Your manager assists you with everything you need. Payment is always on schedule, and you also have all the liberty to take new projects. They also match your experience and stack you're most comfortable with, which is fantastic to me.

You also have all the freedom you can imagine. Want to work 40h a week, but only from Tuesday to Friday? You're free to discuss with your client and go for it. You'll also manage your own money with your local government. It generally leads you to pay fewer taxes depending on the area you're based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudDevs.com?

The monitoring takes screenshots from time to time, which does sensitive work involving API Keys and other secrets, for example, a little bit more problematic than it needs to be.

Working with my account manager we focused in on the right skills and interviewed. When my first candidate wasn't able to align with our approach we were able to find the right person who could. Our account manager kept us in the loop with the new candidates. Since then its been nothing but great success with a developer that we feel as part of our team at all times.
