What do you like best about Checkbox?
Checkbox has been easy to set up and use for a variety of survey types. It has all of the question types we need, skip logic, custom formatting (color schemes, logos, etc.), and ability to send invitations by email and/or SMS.
We have been able to implement it for our whole team at a much lower cost than other better-known survey platforms.
Technical support has been very responsive to our issues. We came across one minor glitch and they investigated very quickly.
Overall it meets my team's needs very well and we use it on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Checkbox?
Only major annoyance: when attempting to check the number of responses to the survey, the platform does not distinguish between different types of "incomplete" responses. This count includes both people who opened the link without answering any questions, as well as those who answered some questions but not all. Therefore, in order to get an accurate count of complete + valid partial responses, you need to export the data and filter manually.
It would be nice if it had better capabilities to pipe forward data between surveys for respondents we will be tracking over time. Right now, we have to do a lot of this manually using the address book, but it would be very nice if it was able to say "the last time you took a survey, you selected [something]. Has your opinion changed?" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
