Harmony Connect provides secure access for our clients and offers extensive threat prevention approaches for both remote users & contract employees. It eliminates many vulnerabilities as we can directly connect to its cloud security platform without worrying about its maintenance. It's also easy to create sites & user objects using its intuitive dashboard, and customize threat prevention & access control settings based on our requirements. What do you dislike about Check Point CloudGuard Harmony Connect (CloudGuard Connect)?

We encountered a few difficulties in customizing our Access Control & SSL inspection policy rules as we haven't used them before. After getting familiar with its Policy management utility, we were able to set up our customer standards in the Harmony Connect platform. What I liked the most about Harmony Connect was the ease of implementation, in the presentation of the product everything seemed to be very simple, but once we implemented it in the company we noticed the ease of use, the centralized console through the Check Point Infinity Portal, the administrator users were able to deploy it easily, after the implementation they were able to receive more details of the web use of the collaborators and all the characteristics that harmony connect itself has. The checkpoint portal for the use of the cloud tool sometimes takes a long time to respond, it generates the feeling that it is housed in very limited services, which also generates an unnecessary waiting time for the administrator user to be able to enter to manage each one of the internal characteristics of harmony connect, I think that at this point they could validate if it is possible to generate more resources for the infinity checkpoint portal and thus have a better internal experience. Maybe Harmony browse AI should be improved, sometime it would block sites such as Google and youtube this site we are usually used to being on them on a daily bases, also the VPN sometimes has some glitches and disconnect and then comes back it can be a little bit disturbing also for some computers it has some problems with Microsoft Edge Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish that the software would allow for more drill-down analysis. It will often flag things that I am interested in but does not provide enough methods to perform an action on those events. For instance, you can drill down into a blocked URL but there is no action you can do that links to the application area to add it to a block list.
