Calendly Pricing Overview

I love that it offers easy communication between me and my customers as well as creating an easy process for them to schedule meetings with me that fit their schedule. It's so convenient to be able to pre-set my appointments and it's a great way to collect the information about the project and customer before the meeting. I also love that it syncs with my calendar and that customers can easily contact me and alter appointments if needed. It's really been a game changer in how I schedule meetings.

I use this app pretty much daily. It was relatively easy for me to set up. I did have to tinker around a little bit to get my appointment times set the way I wanted. I also have a variable schedule, so that made it a little bit more difficult, but overall, it was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One downside I've come across is that I can't connect both emails that I use to the account unless I pay for a subscription. I also think the emails it sends to confirm meetings are lengthy and confusing. The formatting could be better and more concise. One of the big things is creating systems and formatting that are easier for some of the elderly customers I have to be able to use this program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I appreciate that there is a free version available, allowing users to meet their needs without any financial commitment. Additionally, I value the extra features that come with a paid subscription, such as the ability to send reminders and link forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
