What do you like best about Built.io Flow?

Built.io comes with an incredible amount of tools you are able to integrate with, already available to you from the start. If there is a manual, time eating process that prevents you from getting important work done, Built.io can be the conduit which will allow you to automate the process.

They also have a team of highly skilled developers, who can build an integration for your own tool. We utilized this at my company, and it has been incredibly helpful, and allowed us to do some incredible things, regarding integrating our product with other software solutions.

What do you dislike about Built.io Flow?

if you are not technically savvy, it can be hard to pick up. The guides and FAQs do not answer some of the most basic functionalities, so it kind of turns into a repeated trial and error practice, until you figure out what will work, or why is wasn't working in the first place. What problems is Built.io Flow solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have integrated our Customer Community and Marketo instance, to automate the creation of leads in Marketo, in the event of someone registering as a new member in our community. We also use it to automate our request queue populating in Smartsheet. When someone fills a request, built.io can create all of the subtasks for that request in Smartsheet, based on the type of request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
