The downside of being a pre-vetted qualified candidate is there are not enough enterprises and startups looking to hire someone like me with an MBA and my expertise in global sales, customer success, and business development. It would be beneficial for Braintrust to pull in more companies with opportunities in these areas rather than focusing almost exclusively on engineering roles. To become a leader in the end-to-end AI recruitment space, Braintrust will need to bolt on its roadmap to jump in with both feet by upselling existing clients and new ones to move over more sales, biz dev, marketing, and writing opportunities that can be applied for by USA vetted candidates. Although it's building steam with respect to depth of talent and opportunities, it is still "baking" in terms of having the broadest possible reach on both sides of its marketplace.
