The automation aspect is great. Price is on Par or better than other solutions. We use it for patching as well as a replacement remote support options. The machine only needs an active connection to the internet to get the patching and remote support is basic but works better than other free services. We used to user TeamViewer but it got to expensive and required more actions on the users part. This system allos us to push software, update and provide remote support all in one package. The automox service that runs on the devices tends to disonnect or turn off at random times. A reboot of a PC sometimes fixes it but for the most part we end up having to restart the service for it to get updates and allow for the remote support.
