Easy to use User Interface, wide range of command packages available such as Office365 applications(Excel, Calendar and One Drive). Provide support for different data types such as table, records and File type is supported as well. Drag and drop options are available which provide faster development options. You have an option to track activities on cloud platform. It provides Credentials Vault to store sensitive information such as Username, Password, which are stored internally in excrypted form and user can use it by accessing there locker through credential vault. Performance issues like downloading dependencies take time. Pre-Processing of the bots sometimes get stuck. Multi language support is not available. Sometimes interactive Bot errors are shown, for which you have to restart all automation anywhere services. Every 1-2 years the team comes up with a new update which is a good thing. The new A360 has many features that are almost at par with the best automation tools currently in the market. The thing that I feel Automation Anywhere still lacks is the seamlessness and debugging capabilities. When you try debugging a code, it doesn't show what is happening in the sub-bots used in the main task. The team needs to work on that. The second thing I feel A360 lacks as compared to other automation tools, is communication between runners and Control Room.
