What do you like best about Automated Callback?

The fact that I didn't have to wait and listen to hold music for 30+ minutes. It allowed me (the caller) to record my name and an option to change the call-back number if I didn't want to use the current phone number. I was suprised how quick and easy the process was. What do you dislike about Automated Callback?

Although it's a time-saver and a great way to have Customer Service connect with you directly, the one drawback is that the Automated callback only has a live person contact you once. So if you happen to be on the other line or don't see your phone ring or in the bathroom, etc., you may miss the call from the Automated callback service. One feedback for the application is to capture that it missed the person during the automated callback; therefore, try again within 15-20 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
