I like how I can pull up reports on all my cases by case stage, Neos has a lot of features that make the work of a paralegal more effective. It helps us cut our work down to have more prodcutivity. Customer support is always avaliable for our IT team to help with any issues. It is so easy and simple to use, has all the fetaures you need to build a case up. We use Neos everyday to touch on cases. Any update on Neos, Neos will send you videos about the new implemented changes to ease the integration of these changes. Neos has more positive features for personal injury firms than negative. It has multiple tabs and areas that are beneficial (especially the damages and value section). I enjoyed being able to see all of the value of the case in one area and the ability to create a settlement statement in the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were issues with entries not saving. I also was having to input the same information multiple times, in multiple areas. It felt repetitive at times. It took a lot of time to learn to use. It was not the easiest out of the softwares I have used. Integrating other software did not seem to stick always, either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
